About Meredith Julliard
Meredith has been immersed within the fitness and health industry for over 25 years, after completing a BA in Human Movement studies.
She has held various roles within the industry, combining her passion for community building and holistic wellbeing. She has developed award-winning health and wellness programs, and has expertise and qualifications in a wide variety of fields. These include Pilates, movement correction and prescription, as well as Mental Health First Aid and a diploma in counselling. Meredith is also a certified perimenopausal/menopause coach and a special populations coach. In addition, Meredith is a certified Lifeline crisis counselor and Raise student mentor.
Meredith has a passion for people, and this is showcased in the programs she develops and the way in which she empowers people to embrace positive change. Meredith loves the opportunity to run workshops and seminars on wellness topics including stress management, mental health fundamentals, resilience and holistic wellness.
Meredith has worked within the corporate sector in the HR People and Culture space for Willow, and currently runs wellbeing programs for various Australian based companies. These programs and workshops are tailored to each company’s specific needs and operate to enhance the company culture. The organisations Meredith has recently worked with include Achmea Australia, In Marketing We Trust, Willow Inc, Qantas, TAL and ISPT.
